Tuesday class is usually for the fundementals. Lots of footwork drills, proper striking form and mechanics. Often class is ended with live sparring.

Implementation!

Friday begins with a warmup then straight into Doce Methodos. The aspect of SMF that sets us apart is the fight education. SMF not only teaches the movements and striking, but the strategy and tactics to be successful.
